Each and Every Child Facilitated Training

MDAEYC is offering its second session of NAEYC’s training, Each and Every Child: Teaching Preschool with an Equity Lens, to Maryland! We are pleased to announce that there will be 40 seats in this Spring 2022 training. We are offering one cohort of 20 educators, and one cohort of 20 administrators in March – April.

This engaging course, packed with strategies for supporting each and every child through intentional play and guided instruction, is inspired by NAEYC’s bestselling book, Each and Every Child: Teaching Preschool with an Equity Lens, by Susan Friedman and Alissa Mwenepulembe (editors). All selected applicants will receive a scholarship to cover the full cost of the training (valued at $200 for NAEYC members, $240 for non-members) plus a copy of NAEYC’s Each and Every Child book.

Applicants will be selected as training participants based on their responses to several open-ended questions on the application form, linked below. Applicants will be notified whether they have been selected as participants in one of the two Spring 2022 cohorts in February.
